Terms of Service

1. CONFIDENTIALITY & LICENSING

• License: All files are confidential and solely for the licensed purchaser.
• Unauthorized Sharing: Distribution to unlicensed users is strictly prohibited.
• Exception: Recipient must have a valid license for the same specific product.

2. CODE INTEGRITY

• Tampering: Reverse-engineering or de-obfuscation is strictly forbidden.
• Reporting: Vulnerabilities must be reported to support@vimera.ovh immediately.

3. RESELLING POLICY

• Resale: Prohibited unless the buyer holds an active, transferable license.
• Mass Distribution: Not permitted under Fair Use Policy.

4. BRANDING REQUIREMENTS

• Logo: Original Vimera branding must remain intact and unmodified.
• Attribution: In-game credits may be required upon request.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances (Robux, Fiat, etc.) due to the digital nature of the products.

6. ENFORCEMENT

• Revocation: Vimera reserves the right to revoke licenses without compensation for violations.
• Blacklist: Repeated infractions result in permanent platform restrictions.

7. MODIFICATIONS

Terms may be updated without notice. It is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.

8. ADDITIONAL RULES

• Restrictions: No use in projects promoting hate speech or NSFW content.
• Beta: Beta versions are provided "as is" with no warranties.
